2016年2月22日，澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布161號(hào)公告，修訂《澳大利亞新西蘭食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法典》。食品伙伴網(wǎng)標(biāo)法中心經(jīng)整理發(fā)現(xiàn)，此次修訂的主要有以下內(nèi)容：

Standard 2.7.1–酒精飲料和含酒精食品的標(biāo)簽標(biāo)識(shí) Labelling of alcoholic beverages and food containing alcohol

Standard 2.7.4 – 葡萄酒和葡萄酒制品Wine and wine product

Standard 2.9.4 – 運(yùn)動(dòng)輔助配方食品Formulated supplementary sports foods

以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已于2016年3月1日在澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局官網(wǎng)正式發(fā)布并實(shí)施。

另外，此次修訂還涉及4個(gè)提案：A1100號(hào)提案（Maximum Permitted Level of Acesulphame Potassium in Chewing Gum）、A1104號(hào)提案（Voluntary Addition of Vitamins & Minerals to Nut- & Seed-based Beverages）、P1040號(hào)提案（Code Revision – Consequential & Corrective Amendments II）和M1013號(hào)提案（Schedule 20 – MRLs – Consequentials & Corrective Amendments）。

據(jù)了解，《澳大利亞新西蘭食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法典》對(duì)各種食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的具體規(guī)定，為食品生產(chǎn)者和經(jīng)營(yíng)者以及食品監(jiān)管人員提供了具體的執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具有可操作性。食品生產(chǎn)者和經(jīng)營(yíng)者可依據(jù)該法典的相關(guān)規(guī)定，從事食品生產(chǎn)或經(jīng)營(yíng)。任何利益相關(guān)者都可以申請(qǐng)修改食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法典，澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局對(duì)所有的食品以及食品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)估，并對(duì)管理效果進(jìn)行分析，確保修改結(jié)果有益于廣大消費(fèi)者。

其實(shí)早在2015年3月25日，澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局就發(fā)布了《2014標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廢止及過渡條款》（Standard 5.1.1 - Revocation and Transitional Provisions - 2014 revision），規(guī)定61項(xiàng)舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將于2016年3月1日正式廢除，同時(shí)發(fā)布了各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的過渡版本。2016年3月1日開始，澳新已陸續(xù)發(fā)布各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最新版

對(duì)此，提醒相關(guān)企業(yè)：一是深入了解《澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法典》具體內(nèi)容，特別是對(duì)此次修訂的食品添加劑和農(nóng)獸藥殘留限量部分，注意與舊版本進(jìn)行比對(duì)；二是規(guī)范出口產(chǎn)品，及時(shí)與相關(guān)部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)系，掌握最新資料；三是與國(guó)外進(jìn)口商加強(qiáng)溝通，及時(shí)了解相關(guān)食品信息，并做好檢測(cè)工作，確保產(chǎn)品順利出口。
